I'm pretty conflicted, one one hand I want to say a 64 and on the other a 58 but am leaning towards 64, it's hard to tell with the kinda flat lighting.

Sure looks like there is high-point wear, especially on the wreath, plus rub in the obverse fields. Toning gives it great eye appeal but if it has wear it should grade AU-58 max. If luster however is complete across the fields then MS-65 wouldn't be out of line. A true beauty!

MS(64). The toning reminds me of the toning on my 1838-O/O dime! It's gorgeous album toning!

I'll say 64 too but the best part outside of the toning is the beautifully centered and strong strike. Pretty!

Based on these images I have to say AU58.

I'm in the fence. Based on these it's looks to have light breaks in the luster and rub on the high points. If that's not as prominent in hand, then luster still looks subdued but may make MS. AU58- MS63 for me. Based on these , AU.

If the scratch through the N is on the coin, not the case, then MS63. Otherwise MS64.
