On the 1962 cent dies there were a lot of dates that looked altered that year:

They looked altered slightly but John Wexler lists these are A Working hub issue:

Your images are deceiving zooming in too close. (It removes perspective) But images compared with a normal coin might help you more to see if the devices are actually showing spread, or it they are normal for that year?
