Gnome, they are all special. I'm loving the clear shot of the brockage, and the die cap is extreme. Funny though, my favourite of this bunch is the 1964 penny that shed it's skin. Hey thanks for sharing.

Your welcome ttkoo, the new pic of the brockage turned out well, I thought. Narrowing them down to 5 was a bit of a chore in itself.

Allcoinage took 20 years of collecting and researching just the errors and varieties side of things to get this far. 40 years allup collecting and still learning things along the way. The diecap was the last error I really wanted and needed to collect and just happened to be a predecimal one. The double headed coins and bullseyes are of no interest to me I'm afraid.

Thanks  , I will have to pull that one out for another look at it, crabeater. Not sure if it was struck on a tapered edge or not as well as being struck through a foreign material. I think that is one of the ones locked up off site. Will have to check, though. I usually take a few pics but there is only a couple of this one.
