Crazy Die Scratches And Luster On This 64 D Kennedy

I know it's nothing special just thought it was cool, haven't seen any kennedy's this shiny and with this strong of die scratches, sadly its a pretty crummy grade due to some pretty obvious big dings.

I wonder what the reason was for such aggressive treatment of the die, are their any traces of a die clash at any point on the coin?
