I hate to say it but I am 71 years old and the only women I knew on the quarters or ever heard mentioned in my life is Eleanor Roosevelt and Sally Ride. I must of been in the dark all these years and never really looked into historical great women. Not that they do not deserve to be on coinage it is just I have never heard of them and I am admitting it.Maybe the great women I heard of in my life do not deserve mention. Could be maybe somewhere down the line they will be mentioned.
I would vote for Marie Curie, Eleanor Roosevelt, Amelia Earhart, Rosa Parks, Clara Barton, and most of all would be Grace Hopper. Grace Hopper did more for the people of the world than anyone can imagine. I guess the reason I knew of Grace Hopper because my Mother's cousin was involved with her and contributed. I will wait because some of these people may find their way on coins. I defiantly will go along with the women on the coins now. I just thing there were other women who should of been first. There I said my speech. I hope you get what I mean.Don't beat me up,lol.
