Lots of shadow on Liberty's cheek in these pictures. From what I can see, I will say MS-64

looks like a hit in the corner of the eye and frog is correct the shadowing on the cheek does not allow for broken luster consideration. I have to assume it is broken plus there may be more marks there than we are seeing.
