Have a few CBHs I'm submitting for opinions. Sorry for any weirdness in photos - the backgrounds got removed while trying to reduce file size - none of these are damaged on the rim.

Looking for:

Grade
Overton variety if you know
Will it straight grade?

Thanks in advance!

I'll say VG-10.

F-12. The weakness on the obverse holds it back from attaining a higher grade in my opinion.

Very neat 1820/19 O-102 R-1. The strike weakness is typical for this die marriage, and the lack of dentils combined with the stars and letters drawn out to the edge makes this a later die state piece. Even though most of this coin is flat, that is mostly attributed to the poor strike. I give this coin a VF-20.

Great variety, I agree with those saying VF-20. I often wonder if TPG graders look up or know the strike characteristics for coins like these.

I wonder that same thing. I've seen TPG slabs with both correctly graded and undergraded examples. So whatever method they use, it is not consistent.
