Have a few CBHs I'm submitting for opinions. Sorry for any weirdness in photos - the backgrounds got removed while trying to reduce file size - none of these are damaged on the rim.

Looking for:

Grade
Overton variety if you know
Will it straight grade?

Thanks in advance!

Whew, the last one. Based on these pictures, I don't see any luster remaining on the coin. With that said, I think that it misses out on AU, landing at XF-45. Once again, an old cleaning and retoning wouldn't surprise.

I'll say EF-45 as well, guessing straight.

The pictures may not help attributing some of your coins because some of the markers are tiny. You can have some fun attributing the CBHD's yourself.

I concur with the others, XF-45 was my initial thought. Very appealing piece as the reverse dentils are present. The 1836 and 1837 reeded edge halves seem to wear quickly on the reverse, erasing the letters of the legend. This variety is the 1833 O-108 R-1.

This series is not attributed using Overton numbers, but Graham-Reiver (GR) numbers. As far as I know, there is no online site to attribute these coins, and the book written by Dick Graham is hard to come by.

The maibockaddict website does not attribute the GR numbers of 1836-1839.

Thank you all. This will help greatly in finalizing which are worthy for certification.
