Hard to tell from those pictures, ( always supply a photo of both sides head on
instead of an angle) but it looks like it could be a early stage Dryer Coin.
Washington's head has definitely been ground down.

I looked up Dryer Coins and so agree it definitely looks that way Thank you so much for the feed back!! I have just never soon one like this
To me it looked unusual and wanted to share and get some feed back

Post mint damage is not a mint error. Someone altered the coin. Just a spender.

Happens all the time. People trying to create a 'So Called" mint error, by damaging a coin. When they realize they failed, they spend it.
