Note on the 'Y' there is no Split on the lower right side of the 'Y'?

The mark you are seeing is a coin scratch. Not the DDO. Here are the other images of this die:

I looking at this coin many times. I will say it is a F coin, To go to see DDO on this very circulate coin it is very hard. The circulation fingerprint it is all over the place. What it is more with this coin is something which no circulation deterioration will do.

The Reverse design it is 1937 or early. Up to A in dollar the leaf is almost miss, characteristic for the Galvano and Master Die from 1932 till 1937 inclusive.
Second: is the missing the LL (second left leaf in front of the arrow tips) is missing and this could not be an concern of the circulation.

Very interesting coin, damage it is not in better condition. Also we have here a Die crack between M and U in EPU

I do not see here the DDO or DDR, but an variety design.

I understand you perfectly. The Y is hard to discern, sorry For the digits the few examples was find was the 1 not the 4. The 1 has a split in front.

I always keep in mind: All hub doubling must match a known die. (excluding die wear) If one area looks like a doubled die, then all will have to look like that doubled die in order to be a match of the dies. Here is an example of how close you have to look sometimes:
1944-D-Washington-Silver-Quarter-DDO.--Co-Op-Ive-Been-Paying-Attn
Are these the same doubled die? (Note they have different numbers?) But when you look at the coins other devices, the are not a match:
1944-D-Washington-Silver-Quarter-DDO.--Co-Op-Ive-Been-Paying-Attn
So all die devices need to match, in order to be from a certain die number. We can't just play Horse shoes and Hand Grenades and call it when it is close. They need to be an exact match in order to be from the same die.

CoopHome: How close does hub doubling need to be a match to be from the same die? exactly the same. (excluding die wear on class 2 doubled dies)
