Id say around 500 dollars or so in those conditions....I used to be into those big time during my last period of collecting in the 80s...

are you selling them?

At least. Depends how you would sell them, to dealer or retail. Went to check some prices and found that the 2008 Red Book for the 3 keys is $815 in Good-4 and latest greysheet is bid is $830! SOunds like upward price pressure lately.
I wonder what Dansco was thinking that folks would put in the 2 extra empty holes. A pair of 1913s?

Looking at numismedia....the set in G4 would go for around $900 I think... Sets usually don't give a lot of credit for the commons/semikeys.

The total price guide value is around $1000, but I doubt you get that selling it as a set.

So price guide says 1000.00,which means you might get 500 to 600 on ebay

I am actually more optimistic as I got that for my other nickel set from a dealer. With ebay fees it may be better to try to sell to him again

I'd say 500-600 on ebay. If you can insert a few full liberty's in there, it could fetch 700.

Seems to be in lower grade as a set: http://cgi.ebay.com/Complete-set-of...ll_W0QQitemZ220353327421QQcmdZViewItemQQptZCoins_US_Individual?_trksid=p3286.m20.l1116

mycrob, Mr. Finger - just cruised ebay for only the 3 keys in AG-G condition, value is far above $500.

I agree with you the value is way above 500-600. I'm just saying that ebay won't get you the real value you want for selling it as a complete collection. Breaking it up is a better way to maximize your value.

Sell the keys & even the semi-keys separately, then the common dates together as one lot.
