Correct term is doubled die. Your coin looks like light glare induced doubling.Best to put date in titles.

The dual light source is making it confusing. Use a single light source for Micro Photos. The difference? A single light source will give light and shadows. Two or more lights just make every thing glow and removes the shadow factor. (My guess for the year is 1983?)
