Looks pretty much normal from what I can see. Possible Doubled Eye lid, but not real strong. The ear looks pretty normal. Liberty is showing some circulation flattening. The lower neck area looks like some die wear on those devices. Almost looks like Machine Doubling Striation lines on that area. But I see no evidence of hub doubling (other than the possible eyelid area) on your coin.
