Hi there. This coin is canadian penny, 1965, stamped one side.
weight bouncing between 3.24 and 3.25 grams. stamped side is
bowled, and coin is bigger as if it has been squashed. non stamped
side is smooth as a babies bottom. thickness completely even.
anyone ever see such a thing?

It is just a damaged cent.
The Obverse has been ground off and it has been flattened.

It looks altered somehow. In your pics, it looks to be a larger diameter than the 1986 coin. Is this the case?

Third picture shows file/grinding marks, also between 1-3 o'clock the remnants of the rim is still just barely visible.
Still Weight Tolerances even with the tiny amount of material removed.
