to the community.. Dave those are some nice looking mercs Are they in slabs or have they been graded? what grade if so

thanx super dave,looks like I will be sending to PCGS my coins for their verdict.i have 2 mercs that are perfect under 20x.

You'll note from my post that I snagged the images from Heritage Auctions; they're both PCGS MS65FSB if I recall correctly.

I'd be careful doing that. If yours is only a standard S, the cost of that slab could be the same as the value of the coin. And note that lately numerous small mint marks are poping up such as the 41 small S, making the future of the 45 micro S a little on the dim side monitarily.

You mean all Mercury dimes don't look like that?

thanx justcarl,i plan to do a little more research to verify what I believe to be micro s mercs as soon as I can get out.i have been down with the flu.
