Obverse has laminations, not too serious. Reverse has one that looks like the buffalo is smoking a cigar.

I'm in no way an expert in this matter, but I try to study the coins I see as I look through the topics. This one, I just see way too many scratches. The scratches look suspicious. They're just way too many as if someone rubbed it with something. Other than that if the scratches are from being handled a lot then where's the dirt? If a coin has been scratched through circulation, then one would also expect to see the dirt. I'm also suspicious about the luster, which might be the intensity of the light of the picture.
