1975 D penny could this be caused from grease from when they made the penny did it come from the mint this way if it did are they collectible

Staining which appeared after the coin left the mint--a circulation/environmental exposure issue. Certainly doesn't meet the criteria for grease-filled dies (from the numismatic perspective).

Post-mint staining, not a grease issue.
