I think that this time, one die has rotated slightly and struck off-centre to the other die. The minor clash marks are only on the obverse face.

The mark above the A in REGINA has been made by the 2nd A in AUSTRALIA. The mark above the ribbon has been made by the top of the tail of the kangaroo.

The overlay shows the rotation and the off centre strike.

There is also a small die crack from the crown of QEII's head to the lower dot of the colon after F:D
