Someone has popped the center core out and placed it backwards, the toonie is a two piece coin a ring and a core when struck by the dies it"s the strike force that locks the core to the ring, so this coin was played around and welcome !
Someone destroyed it by popping the centre out then putting it back. Many don't care about the side. Seen an older toonie with a core that was rotated. Not rare.
