hello all. was wondering if anyone has a basic value on these coins. the price on line is all over the place. they are silver alloy. Any help that you might be able to give would be appreciated. Looking for a realistic value.

Have you checked the NGC price guide:

I think the varying prices you've seen for this coin will be partly due to the volatile price of silver at the moment. Generally, collectors in Europe seem to prefer collecting the base-metal circulating Euro coins: the higher-value commemoratives are less popular and many issues seem to be available for about their original issue price, although there are exceptions.

I recently was in Europe and picked up a few comms for the face value. I mostly look at these as bullion coins, the 10 euro I picked had at the time 8.60 in silver. I doubt these will appreciate much. There are so many comms out there that many are just bullion. It's the same in the US, a few of the US comms sell below issue price at bullion plus $2-$3 premium.
