Not seeing a the stretched look like a lamination issue on this one, just a smaller affected area. Both not a real big deal. The more affected on these makes them more interesting to error collectors. Lamination: (Larger area affected, usually in a new straight line) Debris: (Smaller non straight line, affected areas) CoopHome: Difference between a Lamination and Struck through debris errors? size and shape differences.
