Not a mule as I understand it. The wheat reverse is the intended reverse for the year.

Possibly a lamination, die anomaly, or PSD on the reverse at K2-K3 (between the tip of the right wheat and the rim). It may be too circulated to be able to make a determination.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

True meaning of mule coins. A wrong mis-match of the different denominations:
1917-1c-Mule-Die-Clash-Reverse
1917-1c-Mule-Die-Clash-Reverse
1917-1c-Mule-Die-Clash-Reverse

Your coin looks like damage of that area of the coin. Instead of being raised devices, this looks like incuse devices from another coin or something else, altering that area of your coin on the reverse. If so, the opposite side of the coin should be flattened on the other side of the coin?

In the animal world, of course, a "mule" is a cross between a donkey and a horse.
