This coin has die clashed both sides of coin and initials are unreadable.

On the reverse of coin the Queens crown has clashed on the right arm claw facing you and the necklace clashed on number 5 and in bottom field on right, obverse has clash on top of hair and bottom back curl.

Sigh.

None of your "clashes" are clashes, as far as I can tell. There might be something going on with the initials, but again, the most likely explanation is the coin has taken a hit there. A zoomed-in picture of the truncation initials might be helpful here, because it's too small in that photo.

You probably do have some kind of Die Deterioration Doubling going on at the base of the bust.
