This is the second time this week this question was asked.
There is no 1941 Large S, it was only on the 1928 cents.
In 1941 there was a Small S and the Trumpet S.

Agree, there is only one MM size for 1941-S.

Must be a typo in the Red Book.

Seeing the two mintmarks side by side show the differences in sizes:
1941-S-LWC.-Large-Or-Small-MM.
1941-S-LWC.-Large-Or-Small-MM.

OK, now I am confused. The Red Book says there is a large and small MM. One reply says large only. Another says large and trumpet style. And another reply says large and small style !s per Red Book. Which one is it?

Look at the link that pnwmakes provided.
The large S is MMS-003 used in 1928 only
MMS-002 is the Small S, MMS-004 is the Trumpet Tail variety.
Otherwise you would have MMS-003 and 004 both designated as Large S varieties.
