If the images reflect the true color then it's very close to a full red. Strike is very good and the eye appeal is strong. The grade is actually conservative, 64RB is the lowest I would grade that coin.

For me look better then 64. Which year was graded? If it recently, the PCGS do not grade according with coins production years.
