Doesn't look authentic to me, but I really don't know much about these coins.

As others have said, posting the size and weight would be helpful. While the specified weight was 3 g., I am seeing well-preserved examples at auctions at 2.7 g.

There are experts here with experience with these types who may be able to comment on authenticity.

Looks to be genuine.
It is a Spanish 1 real coin from the reign of Felipe V.
It contains 3g of silver.
Can't really give a value though, you may have to check ebay for similar sold coins.

I'll defer to others that know better regarding the topic coin, this is my take:
I like to see sharply defined edges on the devices, indicating metal flow from the blank.
But these pictures are not close or focused well enough to see that.
So I begin to think cast rather than struck.
It's a pitfall and why I dislike commenting based on photos lacking the closeness and clarity that would be much better when questions of authenticity arise.
