Found this 1998 P Nickel with full steps in my current nickel roll from the bank. This is a very nice circulated coin in mint state condition. What do you think? Is it a keeper? Let me know your position and regards.
Better photos than your older ones, these look more natural.
If those marks are bag marks, you have an MS coin, otherwise AU. My sense is it has seen enough circulation to be AU. Full steps is the norm for the date. It's worth saving for now since it'll take a fair amount of roll searching to find a better one.
I will keep. Almost because you has the Reverse tilted Die with very nice design showing up. This coin is probably struck on the new horizontal presses with the new kind of the Dies production and how was say before, normally must be FS.
Sharply struck, with full detail for whole coin, as well as being FS. Luster doesn't seem to be disturbed on the high points Bag marks keep it to MS-62 or 3. I agree: for 5 cents, it's a keeper, to be a good representative for the date.
