That does not look like corrosion, but more like many contact marks because of the slightly raised displaced metal around the holes. It also only affects that one side of the coin. DollarsNcents New Member United States 7 Posts	Posted 10/25/2022 10:15 am I would send it in to PCGS and submit it at the "Regular Level" for $38.00 grading fee plus return shipping. It is well worth that little money to get it slabbed with a possible VG-8 grade or details grade; Without it, you will not be able to sell at Great Collections or any other auction medium except for ebay. By getting it graded, you will get a premium on it even if it gets "details" grade.
