It's hard to tell what is going on with that small horizontal mark in the middle of the three. Depending upon the consensus agreement turns out to be, it could make this coin a very expensive one.

I thought full shots of both sides would help with any PUPs.

The motto appears to me to be Longacre doubling. Snooping around Heritage archives it looks like a large number of them have the same thing, especially proofs. The 3 looks like a continuation of the die crack through the rest of the date, but I don't know - what would make this an "expensive" coin?

After looking at a David Lawrence auction for a 60 CAC 3/2 over date, I thought that this smooth line could be the top of a 2 but I could not find a source for that particular variety.

That little horizontal line is not jagged like the other die cracks. It's smoothness and appearance of extending out from underneath the lower loop of the 3 give it a possibility of being some sort of new variety.

The David Lawrence coin has different 3/2 overdate but It shows that this type of overdate commands a higher premium:

A CAC 60 and regular 62 'could' bring similar prices: over $1000.
