It is PMD
Could be caused by numerous things such as a vending machine.

When you get a roll of coins from the bank, you will see at the ends of the roll some of the coin is showing, like the inner circle of your coin the outer part of you coin will be covered in paper. The machine will fold the paper to the coin on both ends, that is what makes the mark on your coin. This event only happens on rolls from the armor truck to the bank, not rolls manually rolled.

I agree with it being damaged by the coin-rolling machine.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
