Reverse appears to be struck-through grease, but I am wondering about the diagonal lines on the reverse SW to NE, especially on the top of the memorial where the design of the coin almost appears altered.

Guessing grease effects and linear plating bubbles on the reverse. Not uncommon for these cheaply-produced pieces of junk.

Under tremendous pressure, the grease was shocked, flattened and patterned as seen. Since the pattern is centralized and the rims are unaffected, that's the most plausible explanation

The clue for me is the wide devices. (Almost a fill on the grease prevention of the strike) Obverse die looks like a die polishing issue with that die. (Devices are slightly smaller than normal) Weight should be normal.
