What is this and where did it come from? I have a coin with these words on it and a 1 on one side and a two headed bird on the other. I think it may be Russian

Looks like "1997 Bank Rossii", or Russian Bank.

If it has 3 words, then it's a 1 kopek coin, Y#600. Minted either in Moscow or in Sankt Petersburg. 1997 is the first year of issue.

The coin is 1997 and around the edge it has bahk pocchh and a 1 then on the other side is a two headed bird/chicken Does it have value or not?

Most likely it is this coin:

1997--Bahk-Pocchh

It's a 1 ruble coin and even in UNC condition, it's probably not worth a lot.
