After 65 rolls I found a dozen with full steps. This one is not complete on the reverse nevertheless it's fairly clean.. Trying to find a ms-66? Neither are the PCGS posted 1963-d's

I'll say MS_67RD. Knockout.

Photos posted are a bit difficult to assess given the nature of the lighting source(s). I'd say MS66. Nice example.

Some flatness on the temple, cheek and beard. Some noise in the area around ONE CENT. I'm betting on luster, it probably shines.

I'd say 66rd is a fair guess, nice for the date.

nice strike for the year. the obv looks pretty clean. I'm seeing a flat area in the field below LIBERTY and some discoloration/spotting above the date in the field. TPG graders are sticklers for clean fields to get the elusive 67.

the reverse below the steps looks like there a multiple fine marks in and around CENT and the area above the N in ONE looks like a smudge. any or all of these on both sides can be enhanced by your lighting. I think its really close to a 67RD

if you send it in you'll need to be happy with a 66 or 66+ RD grade. you need to rotate the coin in hand and look these areas to determine if what I'm seeing is are actually there.

here are your numbers

MS66 - 287
MS66+ - 17
MS67 - 4

here are the only photos available at PCGS to compare
