There seems to be extra thickness on a lot of the letting on the front of coin. I took side by side photos of another coin from same year and same mint. I have more pics if you need to see them. Let me know what you guys think. :)

Well the devices on your coin are smaller than normal. So it was probably from a die what was over polished. The other images you are adding are what a fresher die state would show on the normal design.

But your coin looks like a normal circulated cent that the die had a die polishing issue on.
