I'll say VF20. Appears the obverse has more wear, makes it a little tougher to grade.

Really, I could see it go F-15 or VF-20, no argument.

F15. I think it's just short of a full VF20. That being said, I'd call it F15+ for originality, surface preservation, and freedom from distractions (i.e. Choice Fine in the truest sense.) This is a super-nice original Merc and wears its age very well.
