Nice cent to put in an album, but nothing that a collector would pay a premium for.

Not seeing anything special about the coin.
I would value it at 1 cent.
There were about 2,650,000,000 struck so there are
plenty of nice looking 64 cents around.

It's a common date cent albeit in nice condition - there is no numismatic premium. Value is 1 cent.
