With the pics given, I would have to say, MD at this point, not a doubled die. That being said, the proof dime DDO's fool me sometimes. I know they are hard to take pics of but if you could get some clearer pics, with less glare, it would help.

hard to tell - is it still in a case? if so it could be reflections I'm seeing making it appear to be doubled - or it could just be MD too.

What attribution number do you think it is? http://varietyvista.com/07%20Roosev...s%201960.htm
What are the scratches by the date and LIB?

Lighting angles make it difficult to evaluate this coin.

The devices are showing Machine Doubling on them. On the fields, that is called flat field doubling. (Basically the first strike had Machine Doubling, on the second strike because of being a proof coin, the first Machine Doubling was flattened) This doubling is not die doubling, but just a striking issue on both strikes with Machine Doubling.

Note on this doubled die for that year/dime/mint is showing a DDO with the same issue on the fields called flat doubling. When you look at that coin, this is not a doubled die on the fields. The DDO is on the raised devices. (Note how the devices are showing spread on them) That is the doubled die. Flat field doubling is not a doubled die. But a flattening of the first strike Machine Doubling:

A different example of flat field doubling:

This is not a doubled die issue, but a coin striking issue. (Proof coins are struck twice or more times on larger denominations)

Flat field doubling is not a doubled die. It is just flattening of the first strike on the Machine Doubled areas. (Strike issue, not a hub doubled die issue)
