Looks to be post-strike damage taken in circulation.

You can see the displaced metal where it has been gouged.

The lines on the affected area, note the direction the damage happened. (Post strike damage) Note the metal is pushed upwards on the normal areas, like pushed snow after a snow storm and the snow was moved. The metal movement shows that it happened after the strike. I sometimes call this the splash affect. Just like water, the movement, shows a pushed metal movement on that area. (This is also seen on Machine Doubling as well:
