I have a couple of these UNC 1996 toonies in cards and I sort of think that they may be German planchets. And if they are German would it be worthwhile to have them graded in case I plan to sell them? Can anybody please help me? Thank you...
Nope. Those are specimen strikes. German planchet twoonies were only released as circulation strikes.

Ahh good to know, I actually just got the same little set/folder a few weeks ago and was thinking about the vertical lines and German planchets myself. Specimen strike, thanks for the info
