You know how the edges have a little tiny piece you have to cut off with a hobby knife after the piece is twisted or popped off? I can't find anything online about a 2006 black weird texture coin. The rim has the worst of the rot, but the surfaces are not too far behind. This coin may have been buried or in a body of water for a time. It can get much worse than what you see here.
