Wow! I just received this 2010-P Yellowstone quarter from Starbucks. What do ya think? MS67? 68?

Not close.
The fact that you received it from Starbucks means that it has been circulated.
It has dings in the forehead and on the rim. I would say AU 50 at best.

I don't think it's possible to find an MS-67 or MS-68 quarter from a Starbucks in change.

Here's an image of the coin in MS-67 that I found on PCGS Coinfacts. As you can see, the surfaces need to be close to flawless to make this grade.

That's awesome you are looking at coins in change, or getting change for that matter in this digital world--especially at S-Bucks.

I would consider looking at more coins online or at coin shows.

Quarters are really hard to get graded above MS 66, and almost impossible at MS 67 and higher (at least in my experience, the top grades are usually MS 68) the coins really have to have no marks, and then the issue becomes the strike and luster. I am speaking of the State Quarters specifically.

I agree, lower end AU coin, no additional value above face value.
