Lamination error on the blank perhaps?

so a die crack is different to a lamination error is that correct?
so now I know what I am looking at I can research on lamination errors

A lamination fault is in the fabric of the blank metal disc onto which the details of the coin are struck.
A die crack is exactly that, a crack in the die, or stamper, used to strike the design onto the blank disc.
If this were a die crack other examples would be known as the same die would have been used to strike many coins.
