Best to remove the coin from its holder and photograph it straight-on.

Better, more focused photos are required to accurately grade this coin. One thing I can be sure of is that you cannot have substantial rim chatter in a MS65 or MS66 1935 silver dollar so those grades are off the table.

Lighting in photos can show the best, and worst of a coin.

Look closer in the fields, there are a lot of marks, I am at MS-62 to MS-63 on that coin.

Despite the 'chatter' I think it grades MS64.

I'm around a 63-64, agree on lighting challenge. Nice coin though, one of my favorite dollars.

There are come light marks to the right of George. I didn't see them at first glance, but they are there.

Beard detail below ear looks to be all there, fields seen in these pics look the be almost free of small nicks and scratches, but
photographs still a too soft to confirm MS-65 or thereabouts, but such a grade could be OK.
Very fine hair line scratches could still be hidden, with soft pics. Sharp point source lighting would also help.

Should have razor sharp pictures to be able to assess coins above about MS-63 or 4.
