If you don't own this, you should ask for pics of both sides outside of the holder, and an additional straight-on shot of the edge.

+Can't see the edge clear enough from photo.Maybe it is just me. I real do not see a clipped planchet.I believe it is too straight for a clip. Maybe wait till some others chime in.

judging by pics so far, looks like a real clip to me, but like others have said, edge pics would help

IMO, your coin does exhibit a true clipped planchet. I don't believe it to be a 5% clip, however, more like a 1% or 2% - very minor.

The Blakesly Effect showing at K:6 confirms that this is a true clip.

I say yes to a small partial planchet. There is a hint of the Blakesly effect just opposite the clip.
