Guys this coin show both signs of what looks to be silver (aluminum) and copper.
I appreciate your input into this summary. Hopefully not to many pictures, just trying to vary. Thanks in advance.

@bill, this all looks like surface discoloration to me—chemical/heat/environmental exposure of some type. You can confirm it isn't an off-metal planchet by checking the weight.

A post-strike damaged coin--may have been buried for while, or submerged in a dank pond for a time. Much environmentally-caused staining and corrosion.

Copper can go anywhere with toning, corrosion and reactions to the environment. I think we're seen every color possible over the years.

I found this image on the interweb. It's a really good example of how varied the color can be.

Environmental staining/toning/ tarnishing/discolouration. Could have been buried or in a fire or a cup holder. Who knows? Regardless how formed, it is simply post mint damage. Value 1 cent.
