2019 D Washington Kentucky Quarter Any Idea If This Is A Legit Strike Through, Or Just PMD?

shathe Valued Member United States 178 Posts	Posted 11/05/2022 6:32 pm the only thing that really gave me pause is that the damage looks almost as if layers of irregular thin metal strips were struck into the coin and sort of follow the design elements (kind of hard to tell from my crappy pics).
