This is up for auction. Looks too good. Rims look rounded over.

Only the proofs of this year had the Bold N reverse, and this does not look like a proof (much less a "Choice Proof").

Looks like some kind of impression/indentation from about the forehead to the S? Looks to also have a scratch going across the neck?

If this is authentic (big if), it is not "choice" at all. Big scratch as noted, corrosion, and that's just what we see in the pics.

The date looks right, and the design is right for the date, but it does not look like a proof coin to me. If it's not a proof strike, it's definitely counterfeit per the wrong design in the reverse.

1st IHC is almost certainly not authentic

2nd is possibly a misattributed proof but the photos are very bad and I would be very cautious! I also suspect it's been doctored and recolored at a minimum!

The proof dies for 1877 did not have a broken E in AMERICA which is clearly visible on the 1st coin, and the overall appearance of the surfaces is grainy, with some odd lumps here and there.
Look in front of the neck, for an example, and around the ear, and the last S in STATES (more odd things)
