I came across a 1989 Penny that has me stumped, it looks like it's Steel, It's also a double die on both front and back.
It weighs 2.2
Denver Mint
Reverse Side Is All Doubled

Can't see evidence of a doubled die--given the images posted. Is the coin magnetic--like a steel coin? Perhaps the copper plating has been stripped away and we're looking at the zinc core. The reverse may be showing the signs of an 'aggressive' removal of the copper plating.

its copper plating has been removed, leaving the zinc exposed, once a coin is that damaged it's difficult to evaluate for other details
