Just got a original wrapped role of some 50% 68 dimes and they are beautiful! most of them have this amazing rainbow rim toning and alot of them look almost PL this is one of the better looking ones from the batch so far. coin does have some shoulder burn, not all the marks on the shoulder are bagmarks some are due to die issue.

Hair detail quite often indistinct on Machin bust coins across all British and Commonwealth countries.
Somewhat blotchy toning doesn't help with the grading assessment.
Not PL but remaining radial luster underneath helps with the eye appeal, thus
luster and toning cancel each other out, value wise.
Lizzie's cheek scuffed up.

MS-61 or 2.

Would have been better with no toning, blast white, and thus eye appeal of the luster would have been enhanced.

I'd say it gets a 63, maybe a 64.
