1962 D Washington Quarter Wrap Machine Damage. Don't See It.

In fact that crack I pointed out seems to follow the wing all the way up to the area around the D in 'United' I wonder if PCGS is calling that the Rolling Machine Damage. But it sure looks like a very nice die crack. I wonder if you could send it back to a re-evaluation. I'm not seeing any rolling machine damages at all here. Collecting since 1972.
